Automailer · Integrations
Run your outreach by chatting. Once connected, your AI assistant can build contact lists, add prospects, and set up complete campaigns in your Automailer account. You just review and launch.
API keys are available on paid plans. Anyone with your key can act on your account, so treat it like a password.
https://mcp.automailer.io/mcp?api_key=YOUR_API_KEYThe Codex app doesn’t have a connectors screen, so you add Automailer with one command instead. You only do this once.
codex mcp add automailer --url "https://mcp.automailer.io/mcp?api_key=YOUR_API_KEY"One command, then restart Claude Code:
claude mcp add --transport http automailer "https://mcp.automailer.io/mcp?api_key=YOUR_API_KEY" --scope userThese are the actions your assistant can take. It picks the right ones automatically. You never call them yourself.

| Exclusions | |

| add_exclusion | Block an email address or a whole domain. |

| delete_exclusion | Remove an entry from the do-not-contact list. |
| Campaigns | |
| list_campaigns | See your campaigns with live stats. |
| get_campaign | Get one campaign’s setup and results. |
| create_campaign | Build a campaign: multi-step sequence, A/B variations, schedule. Always saved as a draft. |
| update_campaign | Edit a campaign: change the name, list, schedule, sending accounts, or the whole step sequence. Only what you ask changes; it never starts or stops sending. Editing a campaign that’s actively sending needs an extra confirmation. |
| activate_campaign | Launch a campaign. Guarded: the assistant must confirm the exact campaign with you first. This starts real sending. |
| pause_campaign | Pause an active campaign. |
| resume_campaign | Resume a paused campaign (same confirmation guard as launching). |
| complete_campaign | Mark a campaign as finished. |
| delete_campaign | Delete a campaign. |
| archive_campaign | Archive a campaign so it drops out of your active list. It keeps its history and is not deleted. |
| unarchive_campaign | Bring an archived campaign back into the active list. |
| Mailbox tags | |
| list_email_account_tags | List your email-account tags. |
| create_email_account_tag | Create a tag for grouping mailboxes. |
| update_email_account_tag | Rename or recolor a tag. |
| delete_email_account_tag | Delete a tag (removes it from all mailboxes). |
| assign_email_account_tags | Tag or untag mailboxes in bulk. Campaigns can then pick sending mailboxes by tag — accounts tagged later join automatically. |
| Results | |
| get_analytics | Sent, replies, bounces and new-lead numbers over time, by day or week — broken down by campaign, mailbox, tag, sending domain, sequence step or A/B version. |
| Spam check | |
| check_spam | Score a subject and body for spam-trigger words before you send, with the words it found and how to fix them. Wording only — it does not test inbox placement. |
| Lead Finder | |
| lead_finder_search | Search the B2B people database. Searching is free; emails stay hidden until you reveal them. |
| lead_finder_filter_schema | See what you can filter on — job title, seniority, industry, company size, location and more. |
| lead_finder_suggest_filter_values | Suggest valid values for a filter, e.g. the industries that match “software”. |
| lead_finder_credits | Check how many Lead Finder credits you have left. |
| lead_finder_reveal_email | Reveal one person’s verified email. Costs 1 credit; a no-match is never charged, and someone you already own is free. |
| lead_finder_reveal_emails_bulk | Reveal up to 500 emails in a single call. |
| lead_finder_reveal_phone | Reveal a mobile number. Costs 10 credits, and the verified email comes along at no extra charge. |
| lead_finder_build | Run a list build in the background: search, reveal and save the results straight into one of your contact lists. |
| lead_finder_list_builds | See your list builds and how far along they are. |
| lead_finder_get_build | Check one build’s status and what it found. |
| lead_finder_cancel_build | Cancel a build that is still running. |
| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| Automailer doesn’t show up after adding it | Fully quit and reopen the app. Connectors load at startup. |
| “Invalid API key” errors | Check the key was pasted completely (they start with amk_live_). If in doubt, create a fresh key in Settings → API Keys and update the URL. |
| The assistant says it has no Automailer tools | Make sure the connector is enabled for the current chat (check the tools menu in the message box), then start a new chat. |
| Something else | Email support@automailer.io and include a screenshot of the error. |
